Coal Mines
A massive network of mine-shafts and caverns which the Gnomes call home. Entire towns are carved from the rock walls of the caverns, all gnome sized, and the entrance is a maze of collapsed tunnels and secret doors. The mines are besieged by the clockwork forces.
Cog City
A small mechanized city in the mountains between the Dannan and Imperium territories that serves as a center for industrial production in the area. It is populated by neutral, separatist Machine-Men and a colony of Warforged.
Refugee Camp
A collection of tents and shacks used to shelter populations of ‘undesirables’ not wanted within the City States themselves. Halflings make up the majority of the populace, having been generally considered to be intrinsically criminal. Other races that may be found in the camp are: Duergar, Goliath, Half-Orc, and Hobgoblin. The camp is little more than a slum, there are no guild outposts; however, the UCSA does maintain a small outpost here both for token defense and for conscripting forces to swell its numbers in problem areas.
The Grotto
A mysterious cove along the southern coast known only as The Grotto. Few return from here to speak of it.
The Rift
The Rift is where the Clockwork Imperium enters Dannae from the Plane of Gears. It is also the spot where the Artificers’ Guild’s Machine Hold once stood before they caused The Rift to open, allowing the Machine-Men to invade.
